Seahorse 925 Silver Pendant Necklace Seahorse Larimar Blue stone

Here for your consideration is a nice little sea horse pendant. The bale on this is marked 925 however the inside is hallmarked by a maker that I cannot make out and also 14K. I have tested the seahorse and the bail and the chain. They all test for 925 silver. The inside back has a bit of a yellow tint so maybe this part is gold on the inside. I use a scratch stone and acid, so I can test inside there. Otherwise the piece is 925 silver . The seahorse measures 1" long. It has a larimar blue stone. The chain is about 19" around. This is in good wearable condition.
