Sea foam long flowy tunic

Long light blue colored tunic with round neckline. Very wide and flowy. Would fit sizes larger than a medium. Has two stitching details that run down the back side of the tunic. Very thin and lightweight. Cuffed short sleeves. Slightly see through. In very good condition. 95% rayon, 5% spandex
