Sea New York Rare Tiered MIDI Dress Ruffle Detail Drawstring Waist Rust Fall

This is a rare style, I can’t find another one like it, would love to find the style name of anyone knows it. I believe it’s their Ramie material in a purposefully distressed patina. Has a linen like texture. The size and material content tags have been removed. I estimate it to be a medium base in the following: 19” across the chest, adjustable drawstring waist is 17.75” across , 47.5” shoulder to hem length. Very nice quality Sea construction.
