Sea New York Black and White Gingham Mini Dress

Chic gingham mini dress with a tiered design. Fits like a long tunic. Comes with a navy slip (the dress appears to be black and white, but the darker color might be more navy in certain lights). PLEASE see the condition of the slip. It has some residue on the front (pictured) and in other areas, but less noticeable. Looks like it would easily come out in the wash or with a wet wipe. Really cute dress, but no longer my style!
