@jaekim717 Please note the let size is closer to 7.75 than I originally listed. I think I accidentally marked it as 6.75 originally; but the size chart shows that tag size 32 is 7.75.
Also, I couldnt get the fabric to lay flat with the upper thigh measurement. N&F says they have a half inch tolerance but I will say that it is for sure around 12.25-12.5. If that quarter inch will be an issue I recommend not getting them. Otherwise, I am happy they have found a home

If you need it exactly 17 then I dont recommend these. I can make it read 17in but it is on the smaller side.If you are worried about the waist then I fear the thigh would be small for you. All measurements are within tolerances of the company specs but if you need exact I suggest not these
