Scroll Tree Topper Figurine Stiff fabric or Paper Mache

Angel with Scroll Tree Topper Figurine Stiff fabric or Paper Mache Vintage with some wear. May need light cleaning. Hollow on the inside so could be used as a tree topper or a stand alone figure. I think it’s made of paper mache but can not verify that.
