Scotch & Soda Maison Scotch black on black polka dot dress sweater

Classic dress sweater with textured velvet polka dots. Would look professional over a collared blouse. Size 2 fits like a medium in this brand. See photos for some wearing of the velvet around the neck. Came with a detachable collar but I misplaced it.
