It is the eleventh studio album by the German hard rock band Scorpions, released on November 6, 1990. It features the hit power ballad "Wind of Change" and "Send Me an Angel". The album's personnel included Klaus Meine on vocals, Rudolf Schenker and Matthias Jabs on guitars, Francis Buchholz on bass, and Herman Rarebell on drums. The CD is in excellent condition and works without issues. Case has normal surface wear consistent with age and use…no chips or cracks. Case works perfect for CD storage. Inlay is in very good condition and has no tears.
