Schlemmertopf 839 Rooster Terracotta Roaster Scheurich Kermanick

Very interesting piece!! This particular one was made in Feb of 1986. I can’t find any others online numbered 839 so I think that is this one’s number in the series. These are from West Germany. This one has a glazed interior and in my research it appears those are the most favorable because they cook the best. I got this piece at an estate sale of an old German woman who had passed away about 10 yrs ago. I have not used it but you can see in pics it does have some marks or discolored spots. The glazed portion looks brand new though.
