Scheffield Silverplated Footed Shell Shrimp Serving Bowl

This vintage piece is in very nice condition. As shown in the pictures the patina is very nice with minimal damage to the silverplate, which is rare with these pieces. There is one small area of corrosion on the front of bowl as seen with one of the last closeup photos. The back of the bowl has a couple of pit marks and needs more polishing. In the past, this has been used to serve shrimp, using the outer holders for toothpicks and the center used for cocktail sauce. It is missing the glass insert. The center bowl is removable and can hold a taper candle, as seen in one of the photos. Mabey hold small flowers...the world is your oyster with this beauty. Width aporox 12 inches.
