Scarlett elegant classic black gown 10 (M}

This simple, yet classy black gown, should be a staple in everyone’s closet. Netting around the shoulders and neckline. Soft padding in the bustline. Ruching around the front side of the waist and down the back. It looks like a wrap, but does not open or expose anything. Soft, flowy, and washable. It has quite a bit of stretch.
