This is a Scarlett Cobalt Chiffon Dress that is a size 12. It is just gorgeous! The straps are chiffon and are semi-sheer. It has a built in bra. It is 100% Polyester. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-18.5" and the length is 40". It zips in the back. This one is for a special occasion. It is new w/tags and retails for $116. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
