Scarlett Black Velvet Collar Dress and Jacket 90s Vintage

Chic black dress with a velvet jacket. Ideal for elegant events. The dress is attached to the outer jacket at the shoulders where shoulder pads are present. It gives an Elaine Benes type feel. The one button up jacket is missing the front button but the replacement is attached to the tag. Never worn, lightweight in material, and in great condition for 35-40yrs old!
