Scarlet Florecer beaded and sequin silk top with shoulder pads

I believe this is vintage late 80s scala but I have no proof as to the Providence of this piece. My photos definitely showed the quality of this piece. There’s some extra large shoulder pads in it as well, which led me to my opinion. Beautiful, deep jewel, toned royal blue, Tiffany, blue green and gold, sequins and barrel beads deli and the overblown florals on this silk piece. Fully lined and in excellent condition. That dip him gives it feeling of a peplum. My only disagreement is scala list as an extra large and I believe it’s better suited to a large see my measurement photos.
