Sweet little tie back tank top by Scandal of Italy. The front is covered with white opalescent sequins. The back is a linen looking material. The fabric is 50% viscose and 50% polyester. The neck is round and trimmed with silky facing. The facing forms a long tie at the back of the neck. The is matching facing also trims the armholes. Never worn. New without tags. Excellent condition.
