Gentle scissor pleats, flowy, midi skirt. 13" diameter elastic waistband, 2.5" waistband height, plus has embedded drawstring made of matching material. 32" top to bottom Can be worn over leggings. Semi-see through. Tag says One Size Fits All so I stated a size in the middle. Goes well with flats, heels, dressy boots. Goes well with blouse over, tucked in, camisole, simple jacket, fancy leotard.
