Scandal Italy Small Dress Bubble Hem Mixed Media Fairy Grunge Shabby Chic Artsy Lace Sequins Goblincore Ethereal There is blotchy discoloration/staining on top of dress on front and back, tear inside where lining attaches, see photos. It has been washed but I did not attempt stain removal, I'm not sure if the blotchiness was part of the manufacturing. It has ties in the skirt to create a gathered look. It is a beige/gray taupe kind of neutral color. There is no size tag, I am estimating it to fit a size small. The top of the dress is a jersey knit and can stretch, the skirt layers are woven.
