@mariass21 actually she offered to sell the purse by poshmark for $11100 or $800 thru zelle. So I thought she must be legit if she’s willing to sell thru posh. Secondly, I called my bank to verify if something goes wrong with the transaction and I don’t get the purse as promised, will I get my money back and the representative said yes . I trusted her and so that’s what happened. Unfortunately that bank representative was wrong.

@mariass21 I called my bank and I said it’s not fair that their employee has given me wrong information, but to no avail. They said they can’t do anything.

@debbieluceros Ask them if their calls are recorded at the bank if they are I would file a grievance and a formal complaint. Never ever do transactions off of even to save a couple hundred dollars. Posh has these high fees to be able to reimburse you or the seller if something happens To an item.

I have had several times that buyers have said they didn’t get the item even if it shows delivered at posh pays me and reimburses the buyer. I even had one time I bought a Louis Vuitton bank it said delivered but the seller purposely sent it to the wrong address so that I would file a complaint and he will get paid and I will get a refund. So you need to watch out on sellers will sell and seem to ship on posh as well. But at least you work covered for your money.

@ms_jenn_a I did file, but they said it’s out of their hands. The only thing they could do is to reprimand the employee. So disappointing.

@debbieluceros File against the bank and the company you paid thru with the BBB as well as online at complaints dot com. Also, your bank has a headquarters and I would follow up with them too.

@msrozz unfortunately, no. I used zelle that’s why my bank said they can’t refund me even though their bank employee told me wrong wrong information.

Update, checked her listings and it’s gone. I believe poshmark took her listings down. But I’m sure she probably made another bogus account(s).

@mariass21 I contacted zelle already and they couldn’t do anything. I already reported to the federal agency and planning to file police report. My bank has her information but not allowed to release info to me except for authorities.
