shopretrobabe@cldr82 A posher and I decided to trade for her camera. I didn't have anything the same price, so I let her pick things that was worth her camera and we were suppose to send out the next day. Well, I did my part, but after I sent, she deleted her account and email address and basically disappeared... And I can''t get in contact with her even today..

May 02Reply

cldr82Wow. No trades

May 02Reply

shopretrobabe@cldr82 Yes.. I did trades five times before this and never had any trouble. But make sure they have a feedback page so you know who really ships off their stuff and don't . It's so much safer with people who have great feedback

May 02Reply

cldr82I almost traded my coach bag but I don't think I will now

May 02Reply

shopretrobabeYes, trading is scary )X But luckily not everyone does it. I'm just trying to sell as much as I can to cover for this @cldr82

May 11Reply

shopretrobabe@jasmineeli that's sucks! ): I have no respect for scammers honestly. Sorry about your MK bag , hopefully karma will give you something good your way for helping these lowly people that do scam. I trade, but I'm extra careful now with everyone up here ! 😖

May 11Reply

pepermintpatty6i glad i found this. i just joined this site last night and still dont know how everything works but i will write the names down mentioned above so i do not deal with them in any way. i prob wont do much trading if any because i am more of a buyer than a seller so my closet on here will remain empty most of the time while my closet at home gets biger lol. i do have a question is there ways i can be scammed as a buyer and what do i need to do to protect myself. and as far as im concerned whats happened to you guys is not scamming its strait up stealing and these people must be of a lower life form to steal used clothing and other items makes you wonder if they rob the goodwill and steal from the homeless. i have seen a lot of items on this site r next to new or new with tags still on it but you guys are not a store or a corporation that can write off losses like that. i guess im done with my rant so have a good weekend.

Jul 26Reply

shopretrobabe@pepermintpatty6 yes! People who scam are low. The only thing I can tell you to protect yourself from scammers as a buyer is to only buy off here. When you buy off here, the seller's profit is on a hold until you get and are satisfied with your item(s) (: if you are not satisfied with the item someone sent you, contact Poshmark within 3 days when they delivered the package and let them know. They will refund if they see fit (: but if you are satisfied then you can "accept item" and you released the funds to the seller (:

Jul 26Reply

pepermintpatty6thank you for the advice. there was a girl i was talking to on here last night that if you buy her things through another avenue to receive payment she will sell it cheaper i don't know if she is a scammer or just wanted to make more money off her items lol. it wouldnt let me post this until i took the name of the site off lol

Jul 26Reply

shopretrobabe@pepermintpatty6 lol yes, Poshmark doesn't not allow people to use that name (🅿️🅿️) haha. But there are some honest people who do that, just make sure they have great feedback from people who done that service with them. (:

Jul 26Reply

pepermintpatty6ok thank you for all the advice i appreciate it. i am trusting and around the area i live in i can be but i have to remember i am dealing with people from all over the u.s. and by the way i am a firm believer in karma and have seen it work.

Jul 26Reply

shopretrobabe@pepermintpatty6 I understand. I am glad I could help. (: I believe in karma too. It's a powerful thing.
