Saylor smocked yellow maxi dress off shoulder size small

Gorgeous dress made by Saylor NYC. The dress can be worn with the sleeves up or down for an off shoulder look. This is a perfect pale yellow that is a great transitional color between seasons! This is a staple for spring, summer, and fall. Cotton material. There is no size tag but it is a small size that runs slightly on the looser side (but not quite a medium).
