Super cute never worn long sleeve blouse with a tie front and a plunging neck line. Can be worn with something underneath or you could use some double sided tape for a fashion forward night out 😉. Perfect for spring / summer! Was gifted to me by a friend and I never reached for it. Tags fell off but the “tag string” is still attached. Cotton / polyester blend. Apparently this is “one size” and one size covers sizes 4-6 apparently. I’m usually an xs so I think it could fit an xs- medium.
