Large hook and eye closures down the front instead of buttons I imagine to showcase the floral embroidery and overcast grey stitching on the edges. I think this is "boiled wool" very substantial. No holes or pills. 28" in length, 26" pit to pit, and the sleeves are 25" long. Great holiday piece. Pre-loved, from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
