Gently Pre-loved Sarah Coventry Wedgewood Cameo Set from 1949. Cream cameos set on light blue background with rhinestones surrounding and gold toned metal as the frame. 1 pair of screw back earrings, one small pin, 1 larger brooch. All rhinestones are intact. Please note that one of the rhinestones on the small pin appears to have been replaced and appears slightly darker than the rest. The gold toned metal has some areas of wear. See pics. After 70+ years. I guess that is allowed! Beautiful and elegant!
