The twinset is black and white and done in a mesh like poly outer fabric, with a paisley/floral/geometric print and 3/4 sleeves that are flared at the cuffs. This is open and drapes in a cascading accent. The inner tank is black and fully attached. There is an attached necklace for a jeweled look, that can be taken off. This is a great blouse in very good condition and the measurements are: Bust of the tank is approximately 25"/50" with stretch for more room and the outer blouse is open Length is approximately 28" 95% polyester, 5% spandex. 100% polyester contrast.
