Sapphire and white crystal necklace

I bought this for an ex, I can’t remember where it was bought or what brand it was. I know the original cost was $325 and I got it on sale for like $200. I believe it’s lab created sapphire. And the chain and link are gold or gold plated. No clue, that’s why I’m offering it at $75 because I know it’s good quality I just don’t know the details anymore.
