Sapphire and Rhinestone Oval Pendant

This is a beautiful oval pendant , featuring a single oval sapphire stone in the center surrounded by 28 total rhinestones in two rows, all encased by a gold tone and pendant. Please note: this piece is most likely costume jewelry, and is missing one rhinestone, as well. It does have the word “roman” engraved on the back of the loop for the chain.
