The item is a 14k yellow gold natural sapphire and diamond ring. The ring consists of one oval sapphire that measures approximately 5x4 millimeters and weighs 0.40 carats. The sapphire is bezel set. There are 16 natural round diamonds set in a halo pattern around the sapphire. The diamonds have a G color and an SI1 clarity grading. The diamonds weigh 0.27 carats total weight. The top portion of the ring measures 11 millimeters wide. The ring is a finger size 7 3/4 and weighs 5.2 grams. We will provide a ring box.
