Santa Fe Dry Goods Elegant Black Velvet Women's Top large

This top is gorgeous. Made in the USA. It looks like the buttons are actually sterling silver. The under arm two under arm is approximately 25 inches but it narrows down at the waist at about 23 inches across the front. The length is 27 inches. It has a slouch shoulder at 26 inches shoulder to shoulder. The sleeve length is approximately 20 inches. I always thought this would be really pretty worn over a T-shirt or tank topbut it’s also beautiful by itself. It’s incredible thick quality velvet.
