ckyjrqueen @bigdoug79 they came as part of a costume kit, but we had our own boots, which is why we never used the covers. My husband wears a size 12 and they fit over those. I’m not sure how I would be able to test that for you. We don’t have anyone in the house with a size 13 shoe.

ckyjrqueen @bigdoug79 from the tip of the toe to the heel it measures 11”. I tried to stretch it over a size 11 boot and it couldn’t even get over the toe. I’m thinking the largest shoe size this could cover would be a size 10, so sorry it doesn’t look like it will work out for you.

ckyjrqueen @bigdoug79 are you absolutely certain? I couldn’t get these to fit a size 11 shoe. I thought my husband tried them, but it turns out he immediately knew they were too small. If you’re a 13 there is no way they’ll fit.
