Sanrio My Melody Printed Fabric.

I’m not sure if this is supposed to be a scarf, or perhaps a small table runner? It seems a little too short for a scarf so measurements are available but listing just as a nice fabric item. It’s a very light pink with green Melody designs. Brand new in original packaging.
