Sandy Starkman 100% silk batik and 3-D floral sheer blouse or jacket

this is just an exquisite piece. It is a batik in a forest stripe. There’s a lovely little tree there with a maybe a bear climbing up at. The floralsare 3-D bits of lace and bead. Wonderful playful details. Those front buttons are an iridescent deep ultramarine. A beautiful piecein excellent condition.
