Sandy Liang striped button down long sleeve shirt arm ties

Sandy Liang's take on the classic button down blouse. One arm is held together by ties. Super cute & sexy. Good condition but has a light liquid stain on the collar which would probably come out with some work on it. The sun is always the best stain remover for me. Size 40. Equates to a small-medium.
