dollface86 So if you look at the bottom of the screen at the navigation bar there should be a button that says @ashleymarriie_ click on that & it will bring you to a page with a bunch of different options. Keep scrolling until you get to my balance. On the my balance pg, if your funds are available to you there will be the amount & the option for you to push redeem. You will also need to have your bank info like routing number, bank acct number available if you want a direct deposit. Hope that helps 😊 if you have any problem let me know & I'll explain it differently.

dollface86 No prob 😊 it becomes available after your buyer has accepted the order, usually you will get a notification telling you when they have done so.
