Sanctuary Cold Shoulder Long Sleeve Blue Flannel Blouse Size Small

Elastic band around the shoulder and elastic cuffs on the sleeve. Features ruffled trim on sleeve and shoulder line. Laying flat measures 17" from shoulder to shoulder, 21" from pit to pit, and 23" from shoulder to the hem.
