Iridescent navy fabric with a black tulle overlay that’s gathered in places to best complement curves. The tulle has lace, embroidery, crystals, sequins, and beads that give a subtle bling. It was a size 14 but has been altered to possibly fit a large 12. In amazing condition especially considering it’s at least 15 years old!
