Womens vintage 80's green secretary's blouse. Just says "imported fabric", but I think it feels like silk. Button front, long sleeves with button cuffs, neckline folds back and the end tucks through a slit on the other side. No shoulder pads, but does have velcro where some use to be. There may be a more intricate way to tie it than I've done. A beautiful 80's blouse. This item is in Very Good condition.
