Samuel Dong pink shimmer bubble hem coat dress. Size M. I have no way to prove this (other than a photo of me holding her Emmy) but it was owned by and belonged to celebrity Emmy Award winning actress Kathryn Joosten. She was Mrs. Landingham on The West Wing and was in Desperate Housewives. Among many, many other sitcom appearances. She was my sisters mother in law. Coat has been in storage and has a mild musty smell.

threadsbykelly @ryanevans1994 I only have this jacket and another one in a different color and I have the purse she took to the Emmy awards but I am keeping that. She was a wonderful woman.

ryanevans1994 @threadsbykelly wow that’s awesome, that bag is a great piece to own ,I think I’ve seen the other coat in a photos of her wearing it , is it a dark purple/ burgundy colour? On the jacket I brought can you still see the holes in the collar where she wore pins ?

threadsbykelly @ryanevans1994 yes it’s a deep purple and yes, I just got out a flashlight and you can faintly see the hole on the collar and you can barely feel it on the other side.

threadsbykelly @ryanevans1994 it’s real. My sister is Karissa Joosten and she is married to Kathy’s son Tim. I knew Kathy since the early 1990s. I also have a signed script from her when she appeared on Seinfeld in the Little Jerry episode and also a script from The West Wing. I’m happy the coat is going to someone who appreciates it!
