It did not pass my diamond tester, so I’m not sure if it is cubic zirconia, white sapphire, or a simulated diamond. It features three rows on each side with the first row and the third row being tiny round clear stones and then the middle row has three baguettes horizontally. Stamped THL (C) and 925.
