soulspleasure @ssalaivalu Yes this phone is locked to Total wireless which I am on and currently will stay on because our bill went down by a little over a half of a monthly payment. So this phone is locked.

soulspleasure @ssalaivalu yes, you can use Wi-Fi even without a SIM card from Total wireless. you cannot do Wi-Fi calling unless you have a SIM card for total wireless. soulspleasure @ssalaivalu you can buy a Total wireless SIM card just about anywhere. I totally recommend that you contact Total wireless customer service first for assistance in installing your new SIM card. The SIM card location is at the top left side of the phone. It's a tiny opening for paper clip. Insert the clip and lightly push and a little door will pop out. That's where you can put the SIM card and a memory card, if you have one available.
