Black elastic on the inner and outer boot shaft for stretch, 95% leather 5% synthetic - only sole is synthetic. All measurements are approximate Shaft 16" from arch Heel 1.5" Boot opening 14" around Knee length equestrian boot with flexible fit, rear pull tab and full length goring insert See pics of wear. Leather is still in good condition Tags are left in both boots because when you start taking them out, the fabric wants to come off with so since no one see's the inside of the boot, I've left them in.
