They are in good condition. In the pics you can see a blemish on the side (which you do not see when you are dressed and the shoe is on the floor) There are no scuff marks on the back of the shoe or the toe, being patent leather they are easy to keep clean). The actual heal cover could be easily replaced. The cover is wonderful in the fact that it is so neutral. Loved, loved these. Just no heals now :) BVW the MOST comfortable heel I've ever worn!!
