Saloni Kelly Silk Dress

Saloni Kelly Dress. I bought this second hand and never actually ended up wearing it. It was hemmed by the original owner so it’s a little shorter than it would be new. There was some small holes at the ties - these came from original owner. I think probably from tying them too tight. They’re not visible at all cos the ties cover the holes. Shown on me with a small heel and I’m 5’5” and it stills grazes the floor. Also it’s a US 0 but it fits me and I’m usually a 4
