Salmon Chenille Knit Blanket

Project 62 from Target salmon pink chenille blanket There are a couple of spots on the back that look like pulls (see last two photos) and the corners have unwoven? ends. I crochet and it almost looks like the ends and the other two spots weren’t woven in properly. It has been washed and none of these areas have loosened or gotten any worse. Looks new otherwise, no pilling or wash wear. Excuse the poor lighting, color is kind of like a salmon pink
