masterofcolas @chaleymom okay so, the top is 15.5”, calf 13-13.5” ankle is 11”....the inside is a smooth fabric (starts 5.5” down on the inside) , it doesnt mimic the outside pattern- also, there is a four inch “slit” at the top of the boot (only comarison i could think of) its sewn into the outside hem and the two sides lay on top of eachother, let me know if youd like any extra photos.
