I’m trying to decide if that’s too small… I have a Lulus bodysuit just like the top of this dress and it’s a small, and it isn’t backless… I measured and that’s closer to 13”… I am kind of broad through the chest/ribs but I worry a medium will be too big in the waist! Ugh!
