reesbrown56 @3jerseygrl20 Adam knew the dangers of Tobacco to our Health...he's always been vain so I (I'm a RN) told him the reality is that Smokers age badly. Smoking robs us of Vitamins etc and the fluids that we need...wrinkles form early. Young Smokers have increased risk of Cardiac death. He was 17.... doctor gave him Welbutrin which "helped" to quit.. it didn't. Adam said he would quit b4 his 30th birthday.

reesbrown56 @3jerseygrl20 4 months b4 his 30th bday he asked for my help. He used Nicotine pads for 3 months...gum for another 2 to keep the urge down....one day he didn't need the gum. He had quit completely 2 wks b4 he turned 30! He needed me as a cheerleader for every moment he doubted himself... When you don't feel you can make it ...have a good role model around to tell you...."You GOT THIS"😜🤗
