Saks Fifth Avenue light corduroy with elastic waist. Washed but never worn.

Surprisingly lightweight for corduroy. Cream color goes with everything. Elastic waist will stretch out to 20+ inches. They yellowed while in storage so I removed the tag to wash them. It came right out. Inseam is 29.5 inches.
