Saks Fifth Avenue Evening Bag Minaudière Clutch or Crossbody Polished Resin Rare

Vintage evening bag or minaudière, made in Italy for Saks Fifth Avenue, most likely in the late 1960s. Made from polished resin made to resemble wood, it features a decorative gold metal and enamel clasp closure and a gold coil chain that can be used for wear on the shoulder, or tucked into the bag for clutch carry. A unique and eye-catching little bag! Lined in felted fabric, made in Italy. Preowned/vintage with some signs of prior use and wear: some scratching to the exterior, as you would expect from use and age; some marks to interior. Measurements: 9in L x 4.5in H x 2in D with 22in chain drop.
