There is a scratch on the lens as pictured but no scuffs.
I adjusted the sunglasses so that it will stay up on my face. You will have to bring it to eyeglass shop to adjust.
No cloth. Glasses are slightly crooked seen on the last two pictures but barely noticeable when you put it on- can be fixed.
