@ddrrac since the seller didn’t respond, I will try to give you a perspective. I own these shoes in 38.5 and I am solid 37.5 in almost all shoes. These shoes have a pointy toe, so you definitely want to go a size or size and a half bigger, especially if your feet are on a wider side. 38.5 worked great for me and I could have worn 39 in these too.
